CASE - Community After School Enrichment
CASE: After-School Program
The Birchwood School welcomes students to participate in the awesome CASE(Community After School Enrichment) After-School Program. For all students in K-5th who plann on attending CASE, the program meets Mondays through Thursdays after school from 3:30 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Enrollment forms must be on file before participating, and they can be picked up at the school. All grade levels will continue to receive a daily nutritional snack at the start of CASE. Students must be picked up no later than 5:00 p.m. at the Commons Door.
Elementary Students (PK-4th Grade)
Our young students (PK-5th) have fun with reading, math, recess, and an enrichment activity such as crafts and games, but are also able to get tutoring or homework assistance.
Middle School Students (6th-8th Grade)
For grades 6th-8th, they will also meet Mon-Thurs until 5:00 p.m. to be able to catch up on homework.
High School Students (9th-12th Grade)
For 9th-12th graders, there will be an after school study hall along with guided enrichment, relating to curriculum in various areas of study.
Transportation
Transportation may be provided by the district, but must be arranged at least one week prior to planned attendance. Please contact Arianna Luebke, CASE Coordinator, with any CASE questions or to coordinate transportation at 715-354-3471 x410 or email.
