Becca Hrdlicka is currently serving her 13th year on the Birchwood School Board and brings a wealth of experience through the various roles she has held, including her current position as Board President. A lifelong Birchwood native, Becca is deeply rooted in the community and passionate about its success. She serves as the Vice President of Operations at Innovative Services, where she leads with compassion and dedication—values she also brings to her work with the school district.

Justin Kongshaug is entering his second year on the Birchwood School Board. With a background in maintenance and a strong understanding of operations, Justin brings practical experience and a problem-solving mindset to the board. He currently serves as the Operations Manager at Forte, where he oversees daily functions and team coordination. Justin is committed to supporting students, staff, and the long-term success of the Birchwood School District.

Mike Paul has served several years on the Birchwood School Board, bringing valuable insight from his background in business and leadership. Now retired, Mike previously owned and operated Paul’s Sheet Metal & Fabricating, where he built a successful business known for quality and integrity. In retirement, Mike continues to give back to the community through his service on the board, offering practical experience and a strong commitment to the future of the Birchwood School District.

Tammy Saldana is currently serving her second and a half year on the Birchwood School Board. She brings leadership and healthcare expertise to the role through her position as Director of Nursing at Dove Healthcare. Tammy is passionate about student well-being, safety, and supporting a strong educational environment for all learners.

Jason Musil is currently serving his first year on the Birchwood School Board. With a strong background in finance, Jason brings valuable expertise in budgeting, planning, and fiscal responsibility. He works as a financial advisor and insurance agent, helping individuals and families make sound financial decisions. Jason is dedicated to supporting the district’s financial health and ensuring resources are used to benefit all students.
