CASE - Community After School Enrichment

CASE:  After-School Program

The Birchwood School welcomes students to participate in the awesome CASE(Community After School Enrichment) After-School Program.

K-8th Students

For all students in K-8th who planned on attending CASE, the program meets Mondays through Thursdays after school from 3:30 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Enrollment forms must be on file before participating, and they can be picked up at the school. All grade levels will continue to receive a daily nutritional snack at the start of CASE.  Students must be picked up no later than 5:00 p.m. at the Commons Door.

Elementary Students (PK-4th Grade)

Our young students (PK-5th) have  fun with reading, math, recess, and an enrichment activity such as crafts and games, but are also able to get tutoring or homework assistance.

Middle School Students (6th-8th Grade)

For grades 6th-8th, they will also meet Mon-Thurs until 5:00 p.m. to be able to catch up on homework.  There will now be "Morning Mash-Up" as well from 7:30-8:15 a.m. with a quick, fun, guided activity.

High School Students (9th-12th Grade)

For 9th-12th graders, there will be an after school study hall along with guided enrichment, relating to curriculum in various areas of study, but with a twist.
